DILLCORP CUSTOM STUDIO - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Please read these terms and conditions before requesting a service.

 

Beginning Section

 

The following paragraph is a list of definitions for words used in this license:

 

“You” refers to the customer or client, the party requesting the service.

“We” refers to Dillcorp®, the party providing the service.

Section 1 - Video Games

 

When creating a custom video game, you have two options:

1.  We can include the meshes in the quote.  With this option we will create/purchase all the meshes needed.  This option will limit your customization of the meshes.  The price will probably be more than option 2.

2.  You provide the meshes for the project.  This gives you the ability to have fully customized meshes.  This will probably result in a lower price than option 2.

 

When the game is finished and we have been paid, the game’s copyrights immediately transfer to you.  Until we have been paid in full, we own the game, its copyrights, and any benefits that may come from it.  We are not responsible for any copyright violations that may occur when creating the game.

 

 

Section 2 - 3D Models

 

When creating a custom 3D model, you have two options:

1.  We create the model with no textures/materials.  This keeps the quoted price at a minimum.

2.  We can texture/materialize the model.  This will result in an increased quote.  We assume you would like option 1. You must request this option if you would like it.

 

When the model is finished and we have been paid, the model’s copyrights immediately transfer to you.  Until we have been paid in full, we own the model, its copyrights, and any benefits that may come from it.  We are not responsible for any copyright violations that may occur when creating the model.

 

 

Section 3 - Web Services

 

When creating a website, you must provide us with all image and video content you would like displayed on the webpage.  When dealing with text content, you have two options:

1.  We create the text and insert it into the webpage.  This will result in a higher quote price.  WARNING: We are not professional copyrighters, so the text we create may not meet your expectations.

2.  You provide the text and we insert it into the website.  This will result in a lower quote.  We assume you would prefer option 1. You must request this option if you would prefer it.

 

When you request for a website to be created, you will need a Wix account.  If you do not have a Wix account, we can create one for you, using your email address.  If you already have a Wix account, we will need your username and password in order to create your site.

 

As of April 24, 2016, your website domain will be created as www.(your account username).wix.com/(the name of your choice, depending on availability).  You can purchase a professional domain and plan from Wix after the website is complete.
